Satan Tries To Steal

The Word

From Our Hearts

The sower soweth the word.  And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts.
{Mark 4:14}

How can satan take the Word away from our hearts?

Through unbelief;
Through fear or worry;
Through trusting a doctors word over the Word of God in the Bible;
By believing the pain in our body proves the Word isn’t ‘working’;
When a specific Promise doesn’t manifest immediately in the circumstance that we are praying about, which leads us to believe it actually isn’t God’s will for us;
Etc.

There are many ways that satan can steal the Word from our hearts and such thoughts come to every single person alive, who makes a claim that they are standing on the Word of God …. for healing, or for freedom, or for financial help, or for the salvation of a loved one, etc.     Satan will try to come and steal the Word of God from your heart.  He will try to make you LET GO of the Promise of God.

But just because your faith gets tested  and just because you may not always see a victory in your situation immediately  YOU MUST NOT GIVE UP!!!

You will be giving into satan’s tactics if you let go of the Word of God as final authority!

God’s Word IS the Truth.  The “testing time” will pass.  But you must believe {Mark 11:24}, don’t doubt {Matthew 21:21},  keep speaking the Word as final authority and as Truth {Proverbs 18:21 and Mark 11:23} and stand your ground (Ephesians 6).

Believers will continue to have their faith tested as long as they live on the earth … for our enemy, the devil, roams about as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour – 1 Ptr 5:8 … so DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED when your faith is tested.

Remember James 1:26 – Consider it PURE JOY my brothers whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance.  Perseverance MUST finish its work so that you may be MATURE, and complete, NOT LACKING ANYTHING.

What an awesome Promise!!!!

We CAN go through each trial WITH JOY:
#1  when we really believe God’s Word will manifest at the end of the trial, no matter what the trial is
and
#2  when  we really believe our faith is growing much STRONGER through each trial, so that we are becoming mature and complete.  It is encouraging to meditate on this fact that as we mature,  we won’t have to be held captive  in any bondage on earth, for our faith will be mature and able to get us through EVERY circumstance in life, victoriously and with joy!!

Therefore, REJOICE.   Choose to stand your ground with joy, knowing that you ARE growing stronger and that God’s Word will be proven True at the end of the test!  Hallelujah!

______________

James 1:26 – Consider it pure joy, my brothers (resist fear or discouragement …. let joy rise up in your spirit … put on the “garment of praise”) whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance.  Perseverance MUST finish its work so that you may be MATURE, and complete, NOT  LACKING  ANYTHING.

Romans 5:3 – We also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.  And hope does NOT disappoint us, because God has poured out His love into our hearts by the Holy spirit, Whom He has given us.

1 Peter 1:6-8 – …THROUGH FAITH  we are  SHIELDED  BY  GOD’S  POWER, until the coming of the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time.  In this you greatly REJOICE, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of TRIALS.  These have come so that your FAITH — which is of GREATER WORTH than gold, which perishes — may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed.

1 Peter 1:25 – The Word of the Lord stands forever
