I AM
A New Creation

Paul teaches that we must RENEW our minds and thinking …. change our minds and put on our new self ….. regarding Truths that HAVE taken place when we became Born Again, so that we will have power to overcome the lusts of the flesh (1).

Old thinking patterns can keep us stuck in the same old ways, same old habits, and same old defeats.

But renewing our minds /changing our minds / changing the way we see ourselves (to see ourselves in the manner that God has created us, once we were Born Again), will change our outlook on life and give us the ability to break away from old patterns, old habits and old addictions, because our thoughts cause our actions. (“As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he” Proverbs 23:7)

The Word of God is living and powerful, sharp and alive, and has the power to bring down strongholds which have formed in our minds over the years, (2) so we must SPEAK the Word DAILY over our lives to renew our minds to these Truths about our new lives, in order to break strongholds in our thinking patterns and in order to walk in the freedom which the Bible says is ours, once we were Born Again (3).

So below are some daily Truths to meditate on and to speak over our lives today.

Remember, it is your TONGUE that has the ability to bring life or death to your life (Proverbs 18:21) …. so SPEAK God’s Truths daily!

I am a new creation, OLD things HAVE passed away (2 Cor 5:17)

I have been made brand new and sin shall no longer dominate me (Rom 6:6, 7, 11, 12)

I am a brand new creation and I now have authority over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall harm me or defeat me, ever again (Luke 10:19, James 4:7)

I have been made brand new and the Greater One now lives inside of me (1 John 4:4)

I have been made brand new, old things have passed away, and I now speak with a new language (Mark 16:17)

I am a brand new creation and my spirit man is strong and alive and I now walk in the spirit and I do not give in to the lusts of the flesh (Romans 6:12, 6, 7)

I am alive in Christ now, and my old man is dead (Romans 6:2-4)

I have been made brand new and sickness shall no longer attach itself to me or rule over me (1 Peter 2:24, Matthew 8:17)

I have been made brand new and I now lay hands on the sick and the sick do recover (Mark 16:18)

I have been made a brand new creation and I now cast out devils and devils flee from me (Mark 16:17, James 4:7)

All old things have passed away in my life and behold ALL things have become new in me (2 Cor 5:17)

I am a brand new creation and my faith overcomes the world and all the addictions, lusts, and trash in the world (1 John 5:4)

And the Greater One now lives in me, in power and with victory (1 John 4:4)

I am a brand new creation, and I am therefore free. Old things have passed away and all things have become brand new in my life, in my spirit, in my mind, and in my flesh.

I am the victor and I will not be defeated (Romans 8:37)

I am a saint, and sin will not dominate me (Romans 6:6)

I am healed, and sickness will not attach itself to me or rule over me (Matthew 8:17, 1 Peter 2:24)

I am rich, and poverty and lack will not rule in my life (2 Cor 8:9, 9:11)

I resist the devil, and he does flee from me (Luke 10:19, James 4:7)

I am the head and I will never be the tail (Deut 28:13, 44)

I am in God (Col 3:3)

I am dearly loved (Eph 5:1)

My mind is now renewed and I have the mind of Christ (1 Cor 2:16)

I am a saint (Colossians 1:2, 22)

I am sanctified (Romans 4:24)

Sin no longer rules over me (Rom 6:14)

My life is hid in Christ Jesus (Col 3:3)

And I am blessed with ALL spiritual blessings and I sit in the heavenly places in Christ’s authority and in Christ’s protection (Ephesians 2:6)

Old things HAVE passed away from me, because I am Born Again (2 Cor 5:17)

And behold, ALL things have become new in my spirit, in my life, in my mind, in my body, and in my family.

In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Ephesians 4:22-24 – in reference to your former manner of life, you lay aside the old self, which is being corrupted in accordance with the lusts of deceit, 23 and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and put on the new self, which in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of the truth.

Heb 4:12 – For the word of God is living and effective and sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating as far as to divide soul, spirit, joints, and marrow; it is a judge of the ideas and thoughts of the heart.

2Co 10:4 – since the weapons of our warfare are not fleshly, but are powerful through God for the demolition of strongholds.

Below are some Scriptures to speak out loud every day, stating who you now are, as a Born Again child of God.

All Scriptures have been personalized, and are ready to be quoted. .

.

As you SPEAK THE WORD OF GOD, out loud, over your life daily,
you will be:

#1 — renewing your mind to the Truths which God says He has accomplished in your life, when you were born again … which means you are reminding yourself of these Truths, and building your faith in these Truths, and kicking old thought patterns out of your mind, of who you used to be  {Colossians 3:10}
and
#2 — you are cutting down strongholds, addictions and bondages which have operated in your flesh and emotions, by actually using the ‘alive’ and ‘powerful’ two-edged Sword, which is the Word of God {Hebrews 4:12, Ephesians 6:17}.

Special Note to Remember:

You are not asking God to do these things for you.
These things HAVE ALREADY BEEN ACCOMPLISHED in your spirit man, when you were Born Again …. Now your mind must be renewed to these Facts so that your mind and thought life can’t keep you in bondage to old sinful ways, because:

“Faith (to walk in victory over sin) comes by hearing” the Word of God {Romans 10:17}

You will know the Truth (that you are free from sin) and the Truth will set you free
{John 8:32}

“…the new man who is renewed in KNOWLEDGE according to the image of Him who created him” …
{Colossians 3:10}

“…be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” …
{Romans 12:2}

“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith”

Thank You Jesus Christ for giving Yourself up for my sins, to rescue me from this present evil age which is God the Fathers will for me!!     (Galatians 1:4)

And Thank You that I AM blessed with EVERY spiritual blessing in Christ Jesus   (Ephesians 1:3)

I am now blameless and holy in God’s sight and   (Ephesians 1:4)

I Thank You Father, that You have poured on me ALL wisdom and  understanding, and that You let me know the mystery of  Your will   (Ephesians 1:7)

I have been marked in Christ Jesus with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing my inheritance   (Ephesians 1:13)

and my life is hidden in  Christ Jesus and I am therefore made to sit in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, at (Ephesians 1:20) Your right hand, FAR ABOVE all rule and authority and power and principalities!!   (Ephesians 2:6)

Thank You Father, that because of this nothing shall harm me any longer!  No demonic powers, no principalities, no bondages, no addictions … for I am FAR ABOVE all these things, seated in Christ Jesus at Your right hand!  (Ephesians 2:6)

Thank You Father, that I have access to the You, by the Spirit of God (Ephesians 2:18 ),  and  I  may approach You, Father God, with freedom and with confidence !!!  (Ephesians 3:12)

Philippians 1:1 says that I am a saint   and

Colossians 1:22 says that I am holy in God’s sight, and without blemish and FREE from accusation.

I AM holy therefore, and free from sin and free from all shame and guilt.

I thank You Father God, that You have forgiven me of all of my sins and You have canceled the law with all of its regulations which stood opposed to me  (Colossains 2:13)

I therefore choose to keep my mind on things above and not on earthly things  (Colossians 3:1)

And  put off the old man, and my old ways, and I choose to walk in this new self which is being renewed in knowledge, and in the image of Christ Jesus   (Colossians 3:10)

I belong to Christ   (Romans  1:6)

I am loved by God and called to be a saint   (Romans 1:7)

And I am righteous through faith in Jesus Christ   (Romans 3:21)

I have peace with God   (Romans 5:1)

And I have access to the grace of God  by faith    (Romans 5:2)

The love of God has been POURED into my heart and therefore I CAN love the brethren and keep the commandments of God     (Romans 5:5)

I  ABUNDANTLY  REIGN in LIFE through Jesus Christ !!!!    (Romans 5:17)

Because I died to sin !!   … hallelujah!  Therefore sin will NO longer rule over me, or keep my in its hold, because I died to sin, and I do walk in righteousness   (Romans  6:2)

I was buried with Christ    (Romans 6:4)

I live a new life   (Romans 6:4)

And my old self was crucified with Christ, and my body of sin is done away with   (Romans  6:6)

Thank You, Father, that I am no longer a slave to sin  (Romans 6:6)

Because I am freed from sin   (Romans 6:7)

Oh yes, the Book of Romans says that I am dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus  and I believe God at His Word.

I am therefore dead to sin, and sin shall NOT be my master, ever !!!  (Romans 6:11, 12)

I have been set free from sin and have become a slave to righteousness  and I have become a slave to God!  The benefit that I reap leads to holiness and eternal life, and I choose to walk in this new life!  (Romans 6:18, 22)

I have been released from the law, and I serve God according to the Spirit    (Romans 7:6)

Yes,  the law of the Spirit of life has SET ME FREE from the law of sin and death   (Romans 8:2)

And I now live in accordance with the Spirit and have my mind set on what the Spirit desires  (Romans  8:5)

Thank You Father, that my mind  IS controlled by the Spirit  and I have life and peace through Jesus Christ who saved me and set me free from sin and death  (Romans 8:6)

God gives life to my mortal body and I have LIFE through the Holy Spirit who lives in me !!!!    (Romans 8:11)

By the Spirit I do PUT TO DEATH the misdeeds of the body and I live and walk in righteousness, in Christ Jesus   (Romans 8:13)

For I did NOT receive a spirit that makes me a slave again to fear, or to sin, or to sickness   …. I refuse you fear, and you will never again control me, in Jesus’ name!  I refuse you sin, and you will never dominate me ever again, and I refuse you sickness and unbelief in Jesus name.   (Romans 8:15)

I have received the Spirit of  SONSHIP  and I am God’s child !  (Romans 8:15, 16)

I am an heir of God and a co-heir with Christ Jesus !!!!    …. and these Truths are my INHERITANCE RIGHT NOW, for Christ died, and left me this inheritance   (Romans 8:17)

Freedom is my inheritance.
Victory is my inheritance.
Health is my inheritance.
Peace of mind is my inheritance.
Peace and help from God is my inheritance.

And I choose to believe You, Father, at Your Word and accept my inheritance by faith.

I agree with Romans 8:26 and I say the Holy Spirit helps me in my weaknesses, and I shall never again be dominated by sin  (Romans 8:26)

I agree with Romans 8:27 and I say, the Holy Spirit intercedes for me in accordance with God’s will  and I will never again be in bondage to hatred or un-forgiveness or bitterness or rage (or _____ fill in the blank_____ )  (Romans 8:27)

God is FOR me and gave up His own Son for me willingly, and therefore God will also graciously give me ALL things that pertain to life and godliness   (Romans 8:31, 32)

God has chosen me and God justifies me  and Jesus Christ  is at the right hand of God and is interceding for me !!!   (Romans 8:33, 34)

And in  EVERYTHING in life, therefore,   I am MORE than a conqueror through Christ Jesus who loves me !!!   (Romans 8:35)

I trust in Christ (and in His Words) and I will NEVER be put to shame (Romans  9:33)

This word of faith is in my mouth and in my heart   (Romans 10:8 )

And Jesus Christ is my lord and RICHLY BLESSES me because I call on Him !!!    (Romans 10:12)

And I believe God at His Word, which says that I am transformed by the renewing of my mind   (Romans  12:2)

Thank You, therefore, Father, for freeing me;
For loving me;
For giving me power to overcome all temptation and ALL the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).

Your Word says the enemy can no longer harm me (Luke 10:19) and that when I resist the devil he does flee (James 4:7)  so I praise You for freeing me and giving me freedom and power over all sin and addictions.

NOTHING shall harm me or keep me in bondage anymore!
I am free in Christ Jesus,
and greater is He living in me, giving me power and strength to overcome all sin and disobedience.  Yes, greater is He living in me, than any devil or temptation that is in the world.

Thank You Father, for not leaving me helpless in this world, but empowering me and setting me free.

In Jesus’ name!  Amen.

Confessions To Save Our Souls

.

James 1:21 reads “… receive the Word implanted, which is able to save your souls.” (NAS)

and

2 Peter 1:4 reads “… He has granted to us His precious and magnificent Promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust.” (NAS)

.

The Word is POWERFUL (Hebrews 4:12).
The Word sanctifies us (John 17:17).
And the above verses show us that the Word imparts the Nature of God into our souls.

.

Yet there are many in the  Body of Christ, struggling with their SOULS.

Our souls are our will power, our emotions, and our thoughts.
And many Christians are struggling with their emotions.  They daily are struggling with their thoughts and thought lives.  And daily, many are struggling with their will power.

.

But the Word PROMISES that the implanted Word, which was implanted into our spirits when we were Born Again, is ABLE TO SAVE OUR SOULS.

This means freedom for our emotions.
Freedom for our minds.
And freedom from wrong thoughts and temptations.

Yes, the two Scriptures shown above  are indeed,  “precious and magnificent Promises”, even as Peter describes (2 Peter 1:4),   for salvation for our minds, our wills, and our thought lives,  will bring abundant peace and freedom to our lives.

.

But, as many have experienced, just because the Word Promises  freedom or health or provision or —fill in the blank— most still do not experience the Promises;   the Scriptures do not seem to be reality in this present life for so many Christians.

.

So,  how does one experience this FREEDOM which the Scriptures say are ours?
How can one experience freedom for their soul?

.

As I have written in other pots, the Word MUST come out of our mouths in order to do the work of a Sword and cut strongholds out of our lives and out of our thinking (2 Corinthians 10:4-5, Ephesians 6:17).  For the Word of God sitting on a nightstand does nothing for us.  And as many Christians can testify, simply READING the Words also does not bring the victory that many are in need of.

.

Scripture teaches that  “The Word is near you, (even) IN YOUR MOUTH … that is, the Word of faith which we are preaching, that if you CONFESS with your mouth … and believe in your heart …. you will be saved … for with the MOUTH (one) CONFESSES, resulting in salvation” (Romans 10:9-10).

And Scripture also teaches that our tongues direct the course of our lives, even as a rudder directs large ships on the ocean (James 3:3-4).

.

So, if it is freedom that you need for your emotions, your will power, and your thought life, then you must keep the Powerful Word of God rolling off your tongue in order to “SHUT UP” the fiery arrows of the devil which bombards your mind (Ephesians 6:16).  And as Ephesians 6:16 teaches, remember to add FAITH to the Words which you speak {meaning, BELIEVE that God does what He says He does / believe the Word does what it says it does} in order to “extinguish” the temptations and lies and wrong thinking, that the enemy is throwing at you.

As you keep the Promises of God rolling off your tongue, you will see that by standing your ground and fighting for your blood-bought freedom for your mind, the battle will get easier and your soul will experience freedom.

When you resist the devil and the lies and temptations which he throws at you, he WILL eventually flee (James 4:7).

You will gain your thought life, your will power,  and  your emotions back from the devil … for this is a blood-bought right for the child of God (Galatians 5:1).

.

So, SPEAK the below Promises out loud over your life, and find other Scriptures to cover your need(s).

The Word is your Sword, and the Word WILL cut all negative and wrong thinking out of your life, so that you can walk in the FREEDOM which Christ said He purchased for every Born Again believer.

Be blessed and walk in your blessing, by Confessing the below Scriptures daily.  Amen.

Promises of God to speak over your life:

Thank You Father God,  for giving me the mind of Christ (1 Cor 2:16).

Thank You, that it is for FREEDOM that Christ has set me free (Galatians 5:1).

I mix faith with Your Scriptures, Father, and believe that You have indeed given me the mind of Christ, even as 1 Corinthians says You have.

I believe that I presently have the mind of Christ, and  that means that my mind is filled with the peace of God, with the love of God, and that I only think the thoughts of God.

For the mind of Christ is never filled with un-forgiveness or hatred or envy or strife.  The mind of Christ is never filled with depression or lusts or confusion or wrong thinking.  Therefore I say right now “Mind, you are filled with peace.  Mind, you are filled with wisdom.  Mind, you are filled with gentleness and love.  I do have the mind of Christ, for ‘IT IS WRITTEN’ that when I was Born Again, God did give me the mind of Christ, and I believe God at His Word.  In Jesus’ name.  Amen.  {Remember Mark 11:24}

I thank You Father that the Word of God which was implanted in my spirit when I got Born Again, IS saving my soul.

I believe the Word of God IS sanctifying my thought life and freeing me from lusts and temptations.

I thank You Father, that the Word of God IS sanctifying me, and enabling me to live a life filled with Your peace, filled with Your joy, filled with Your gentleness, and filled with self-control.

Thank You Father, that Your Word heals my memories, Your Word cleanses my conscience, Your Word delivers me from temptation and lust.  Thank You Father, Your Word imparts the very nature of Jesus into my spirit, my soul, and my body and strengthens me and enables me to walk uprightly.

I love You Lord, and desire to walk uprightly before You, and I choose to let the Word of God work mightily in me.

I believe the Word is healing all my flesh (Proverbs 3:8 and 4:22) and sanctifying all my desires.

Thank You Father,  that the Word pulls strongholds and wrong thinking out of my mind and out of my desires.

Thank You Father,  Your Word implanted into my spirit, cleanses me and frees me and heals me and delivers me.

Thank You for giving me clear thinking and right thinking, because Your Word renews my mind.

Thank You Father God, for freeing me with the blood of Jesus and freeing me with Your Truth.

I say that I am free and satan, you will not have your way with my emotions or in my mind any longer.  In Jesus’ name.

Satan I am free from your grip, for Luke 10:19 says that I have authority over ALL your power, and that you cannot harm me any longer.

I take authority now, over my thinking, in Jesus’ name, I take authority over my will and over my memories.  I take authority over my desires and over my flesh, in the name of Jesus’, and I command my mind and my desires, my thoughts and my flesh to all come in line with the Word of God now, in Jesus’ name.  I resist temptation and un-forgiveness,  I resist hatred and lusts in the name of Jesus’ and these evils MUST flee, in Jesus’ name (James 1)

Thank You Father that Your Word is my Sword and DOES  pull strongholds and wrong thinking down from my mind.

Thank You Father that Your Word saves my soul and imparts Your divine nature into my being.

Thank You Father that Your Word is life and health to all my flesh and gives me eternal life.

Thank You Father God, for Your Word.  In Jesus’ name.

Amen.
