What T.L. is stating here is so true.
How often do men of faith lay hands on the sick, who receive a healing, yet the exact same sickness comes back upon them a month later; a week later; maybe even a day later. And the person then states, “I guess God didn’t heal me”.
NO! That is a lie.
God did heal the person. But by ignorance, the person allowed that same sickness, disease, devil, right back upon themselves.
Because they don’t understand their authority to keep the devil under their feet. Because they don’t understand their authority to command sickness and disease to leave them. Because they haven’t been rooted and grounded in the Truth and had their minds renewed to the Truths of God regarding their authority and Covenant Promises as Children of God.
And this is why placing the Word as first place in our lives will keep us from all sorts of trouble. Taking time daily to meditate on the Word, and receive the Word as present tense Truth the way it is written, will train us, teach us and mature us, to keep us from deception, to keep us from ignorance, to keep us from laying down under attacks, and will renew our minds to all that God has done in Christ Jesus for us.
Keep the Word in front of your eyes, and keep it flowing from your mouths as your present tense Truth, my brothers and sisters! In this you will have great success and joy, and health, and peace!
