Who Are We?
Faith Speaks World Outreach Inc.
is a Word of Faith Ministry called to teach the Body of Christ about the power of the written Word of God when spoken from their mouths. We are also called to reach unbelievers with the Good News of the Gospel which includes Salvation for every aspect of a person’s life … spirit, soul, and body.

About the Founder and President:
David Bell was saved after moving to California in the early 1980’s. He immediately got involved in the Prison Ministry and has seen not just numerous salvations and lives changed there, but has been an eye witness to some spectacular physical healings, all because of the Preaching of the Word of God. He has worked full-time for NASA/JPL as an Engineer, also since the 1980’s, taking time off only to preach the gospel for three months in Fiji and an additional six months in India.

LeeAnn (Lowery) Bell, wife of David Bell, was saved while reading the Bible in 1984 in Toronto, Canada where she grew up. She had been a drug dealer and a black-out drunk at that time, when the Lord powerfully revealed His love and forgiveness to her through the written Word. Within six months LeeAnn was working at 100 Huntley Street, where she has appeared on their Live Christian Television Program telling the nation about God’s power, love, and forgiveness. She has also appeared on their Nite Lite Program. LeeAnn left 100 Huntley Street to become a missionary in the Fijian Islands, ministering to the Hindu population there, where she met her husband, David .
Together they have both ministered and preached in India, the Los Angeles County Juvenile Prison systems, local churches and youth groups, and the Los Angeles Dream Center’s Hope For Homeless Youth Program.
David & LeeAnn are currently living in Southern California.
